[edit] Archive
The same title Condensed Matter may refer also to the fully automated e-print archive for condensed matter preprints (starting from April, 1992), specialised in physics of condensed matter, but covering also Disordered Systems and Neural Networks, Materials Science, Mesoscopic Systems and Quantum Hall Effect, Statistical Mechanics, Strongly Correlated Electrons, and Superconductivity.

[edit] Ambiguity
If a reprint from Condensed Matter appeared before y.1992, then, perhaps, it refers to the Journal above. If later, it may refer also to to the archive above. Perhaps, after the crash of the USSR, together with other national values, the "Condensed Matter Physics" journal has been sold to Thomson Scientific (Philadelphia, USA), making the citation a little bit tricky.
