Concrete learner
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
A Concrete learner is someone who learns most easily from empirical happenings, and has difficulty grasping information in the abstract (unlike abstract learners), such as being told one thing is a consequence of another. A concrete learner usually has to observe something happening to truly integrate the concept to their mind and be able to respond to it from memory and react to it. It is related to David A. Kolb's theories of concrete experience.
