The Concorde Tower is a 45-floor tower in the Jumeirah Lake Towers in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.[1][2] The residential tower, which is costing USD 120 million to construct,[3] has a total structural height of 190 m (623 ft). While the developer says the building will be completed in December 2007,[3] this is unlikely due to ongoing work. Likely, it will be completed in 2008.
