Bfillip 19:43, 31 July 2007 (UTC)The problem with the article as it is now is that it is basically a project description and not at all an explanation of what a Community Information Center is in general terms. It is an example of a community information center, or telecenter. As such, I would recommend creating a link to the CIC website on the Telecentre page.Bfillip 19:43, 31 July 2007 (UTC)
