I created this article, because of a perceived lack of one. I now know there is an article about at least its predecessor under the name Boer Commando. I blame the wikipedia search engine wich failed repeatedly to give me any article about it under various combinationa and spelling of the term. Maybe they should be merged, maybe the should concentrate on in one hand the system in its later days and in the other on the original, exclusive boer commando´s. That of course depends on f.e. how the system worked in the modern days and its modern history. Political reasons for its disbandment could be part of it and an overview of differing views on that.
