[edit] Chris Evans comments

I was just wondering. Is there much point in stating who Chris Evans thought would be appearing on the show. We know now from official sites who will be appearing. It states that Chris doesn't state that Ross Kemp will be appearing, but we know that he will infact so it seems a little pointless to document it. Any thoughts? Eagle Owl 10:21, 8 March 2007 (UTC)

Keep it, we never know if Kemp will walk out later or be fired first yet. This infomation could be valuable later. Dalejenkins 15:13, 8 March 2007 (UTC)

Well I still thinks it seems a bit pointless to state it, as we know that he will actually be appearing. But there we go. We can always decide after the show's aired if it is valuable information or not. Thanks Eagle Owl 16:02, 8 March 2007 (UTC)
I completely agree with Eagle Owl. A final contestant list has been confirmed by the BBC, so there is no need for further speculation. I have therefore removed this from the article. Dale - if it proves to be valuable, it can always get re-added. UkPaolo/talk 19:08, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] My recent edits

Regarding my recent edits, since Dale has requested an explanation, I have tried to make the article more encyclopedic. I am aware this has resulted in removing some references - those which I deemed unnecessary. Specifically, citing Radio Times seemed a bit over the top, given we've got several BBC sources already cited to verify the programme's air date. I also removed the fact that Kombat Opera Presents The Applicants "received bad reviews" (as shown by this source) since firstly it was confusing (it didn't make clear it was Kombat Opera that got bad reviews, and not The Apprentice), not particularly relevant to Comic Relief Does The Apprentice, and not necessarily true (that article gives one person's opinion - we'd be hard pushed to state that it received entirely bad reviews, and saying it received some is a weasel statement). Finally, I removed the link to List of The Apprentice UK candidates since it is misleading to state that gives further information - it contains exactly the same table as is in this article.

Aside from that I made general changes to rephrase (to, in my humble opinion) a more encyclopedic article, to adhere to our standard date format, and to remove unnecessary duplicate wiki links.

If anyone objects to my changes, please do not blanket revert, but instead re-add or change back the particular things you disagree with (preferably discussing your reasoning here, first). Many thanks UkPaolo/talk 19:18, 10 March 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Fair use rationale for Image:Girlsteam.JPG

Image:Girlsteam.JPG is being used on this article. I notice the image page specifies that the image is being used under fair use but there is no explanation or rationale as to why its use in this Wikipedia article constitutes fair use. In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

Please go to the image description page and edit it to include a fair use rationale. Using one of the templates at Wikipedia:Fair use rationale guideline is an easy way to insure that your image is in compliance with Wikipedia policy, but remember that you must complete the template. Do not simply insert a blank template on an image page.

If there is other fair use media, consider checking that you have specified the fair use rationale on the other images used on this page. Note that any fair use images uploaded after 4 May, 2006, and lacking such an explanation will be deleted one week after they have been uploaded, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. If you have any questions please ask them at the Media copyright questions page. Thank you.
