Hi, this chart looks amazing, just wanted to know what software it was done with? Or if you just made a dot graph with Microsoft Excel and then visually drew those 'blurr' lines around the dots? Thanks

- Hi there ... thanks. However, you will probably have to ask the author of the original image (their user name is on the image page): I imagine Excel was used for data entry and graph rendition, and then a screen capture made of the line graph. There are ways in Excel to delineate deviations or means graphically (the coloured bands). Wanting to include comparative figures for the last and current election (to provide a complete picture), I modified the base image using Photoshop to yield the current version. I hope this helps ...
