[edit] Summary

CB 90 HS on test trials in the Brazilian Amazon.

Notable features visible on this photo:

  • double doors on foredeck, used for landing troops while beached.
  • twin machine guns on starboard side of foredeck.
  • what seems to be a remote-operated machine gun amidships, instead of the usual rail-mounted machine gun.
  • aft of the machine gun is the hatch to the troop compartment.
  • launching rails for mines (up to four) or depth charges (up to six) on the stern deck, covering the engine maintenance hatches.
  • the box between the launching rails is the hatch and ladder leading to the engine compartment.

This image was obtained from the manufacturer's press information pages.
