Compression tights or Compression sportswear are specially made leggings which mold to the user's physique. They promote blood circulation and increase oxygen flow to working muscles. They also help to wick away sweat and channel moisture away from the skin. All this helps an individual to achieve an optimum body temperature enabling them to maintain strength and endurance while exercising.

Recently compression tights have come in vogue with NBA players. Several notable superstars such as Kobe Bryant, Dwyane Wade and Lebron James have donned the tights in regular season play.
