The completo is a type of hot dog eaten in Chile. It is usually served with various condiments such as avocado, tomato and mayonnaise. When all three of these are included, the hot dog is sometimes called "italiano"(Italian Completo) or Tomate-Palta-Mayo (TPM) and with sauerkraut, it is called "classic completo". Some other condiments typically seen on a completo are ketchup, mustard and Aji chileno.
