Community Unit School District 4

Mendon Community Unit School District 4 is a unified school district that is mostly located in Mendon, a village located in Adams County, Illinois. It is composed of Mendon Elementary School, Loraine Elementary School, Greenfield Elementary School, Unity Middle School, and Unity High School. [1] Greenfield Elementary School is, unlike the others, located in nearby Ursa, Illinois. [2] Likewise, Loraine Elementary School is located in the city of its namesake, instead of Mendon. [3] The current superintendent is Diane Robertson [4], while the principals of the respective schools are listed below. The mascot of the entire school district is the mustang.
