The Communist Party of Workers and Peasants (Komunistychna Partiya Robitnykiv i Selyan) is a political party in Ukraine, formed in 2001 following a split from the Communist Party of Ukraine (KPU). KPRS is led by Volodymir Moiseenko.

At the legislative elections of 30 March 2002, the party won 0.44% of the popular vote and no seats.
