Communist Party of Nepal (United) is a political party in Nepal. It was founded in 2007, following a split in the Communist Party of Nepal (United Marxist).

Ganesh Shah, the sole MP of the party, is the general secretary of the party and Chandra Dev Joshi, is the party chairman.[1]

In 2008 Nepal's first openly homosexual representative, Sunil Babu Pant was elected to the Constituent Assembly as a member of the the CPN (United)[2]
