The Communauté de communes de Parthenay is a communauté de communes in the département of Deux-Sèvres, in the Poitou-Charentes région of France. It provides a framework within which local tasks common to the six member communes can be carried out together.
The communauté de communes was established in 2001, and has a population of 17767 in an area of 89km².[1]
