Committee of 100 in Finland (Sadankomitea in Finnish) is founded in 1963 on the idea imported from Great Britain by Committee of 100).
Committee of 100 has been one of foremost organization of peace movement in Finland, specially in 1960's.
In 2000's the work of Committee of 100 includes publishing magazine Ydin ("Nuclear" in English), net-magazine Pax, and seminars, pamphlets, dissemination and lobbying for peace and human rights.
Active persons in Committee of 100 have been e.g. MP, former Finnish Minister of Foreign Affairs Erkki Tuomioja and MP, member of the board of European Greens Johanna Sumuvuori.
