Comment te dire adieu

"Comment te dire adieu" (translated "How To Tell You Goodbye") is a Serge Gainsbourg song written for Françoise Hardy in 1968. It is to this day one of Hardy's most popular songs.
It was later covered in 1989 by former Bronski Beat singer Jimmy Somerville in a single featuring June Miles Kingston. The song was a hit in the UK, reaching #14 on the UK singles chart, and helping Somerville's solo career take off. Taxi Girl's frontman Daniel Darc also did a cover of it.
