[edit] West Point?
Robert Allen (general) is listed as having been born in tiny West Point in Columbiana County. Any ideas where this place is, or at least was? Badbilltucker 18:15, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
- According to www.topozone.com (USGS maps) it is in Madison Township on Little Beaver Creek (map link [1]). If it is not at least a village, it is not on the Census maps of Ohio. Hope this helps, Ruhrfisch 20:58, 2 August 2006 (UTC)
- P.S. Must be something about generals born in places in Ohio near the Ohio River with Point in the name - U.S. Grant is from Point Pleasant in Clermont County.
