The difference between Columbia Southern University and Belford University is that the former, like any other accredited universities, is a duly constituted and accredited institute of higher learning whereby degrees and diplomas are conferred only upon successful completion of all relevant courses.

What is the difference between CSU and Belford university, where they are following the same procedure except that the former is more expensive and little books are included, where the latter is cheaper and direct!!!!!!!!!!!
