[edit] CSTO symbol

Does any information exist about the creation of the CSTO symbol? It looks familiar to NATO's (Image:Flag of NATO.svg): four arrows each pointed to one of the four directions, in a circle. Was this intended or coincidal? Sijo Ripa 13:19, 26 May 2007 (UTC)

I may be digging here, but I would assume the four sides represent north south east west and their resolve to aid everyone everywhere.
