I never saw the old deleted article on Colin McInnes, but I feel as the leading figure in solar sail research he should at least have an entry on wikipedia. The guy's book is, as the late Robert L. Forward said, "The" reference book on Solar Sailing.--Bob The Tough 23:34, 30 October 2007 (UTC)

Having said the above, I don't expect this ever to become a huge article on Colin McInnes, as although solar sailing is currently growing in popularity in the aerospace journal publications, it's still a small subfield of rocket science. I would like to see this article grow to include bulleting McInnes' most notable contributions to the field, and maybe some other (brief) info on his research interests. --Bob The Tough 23:56, 30 October 2007 (UTC)
