Talk:Colin Angus (explorer)/Comments
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
This page is subject to controversy. It appears that several parties are correcting the contents, while another party changes the edits and flags the edits (which are in fact clarifications) as "vandalism". The problem is, this person - the one screaming "vandalism" is in fact serving the interests of the subject (Colin Angus, and is probably him) which are dubious. Claim of a circumnavigation of the world is utterly absurd and not only contradicts Guinness Book guidelines, but it contradicts logic and wikipedia definition which stipulates that a circumnavigation of a globe must touch antipodes. Therefor, the subject defending Colin Angus is in fact entering fallacious and unethical information, degrading wikipedia, doing all users a disservice, and embarrassing Angus by undermining his own credibility in the adventure community.
