1. The Ultra Fast Attack Crafts or the Colombo Class as it is commonly referred to makes up the bulk of the Fast Attack Squadron, which in turn is the primary combat unit against the LTTE. Therefor it has the largest number of boats from a single type in the Sri Lanka Navy fleet,
2. Since it is used solely for educational purposes in a not-for-profit encyclopedia,
3. It is necessary to illustrate the external elements of the Sri Lanka Navy fleet,
4. It is of much lower resolution than the original (copies made from it will be of very inferior quality)
