- The image will be used for identification and critical commentary in the College Basketball Experience article and other articles in which the athletic program is discussed.
- The use is purely for non-profit reasons, and to educate users on the athletic program in question.
- It is a low resolution version of the organization logo.
- Its use does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell or market related products or the program itself in any way.
- As an official logo of an athletic organization, there is no known free alternative available. If a free alternative is found, this image should be nominated for deletion as obsolete.
