This is a copyrighted image that has been released by a company or organization to promote their work or product in the media, such as advertising material or a promotional photo in a press kit. The copyright for it is most likely owned by the company who created the promotional item or the artist who produced the item in question; you must provide evidence of such ownership. Though this image is subject to copyright, its use is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

1. It illustrates an educational article about the NRA where Charlton Heston accepts a presentation rifle at 2000 NRA convention with the now well-known exclamation "From my cold, dead hands!"
2. No free images are known to exist, and, given the nature of the work, none are likely to be released.
3. The image is used for identification and informational purposes, and is not believed to detract significantly from the original work.
4. The use of the image will not affect the value of the original work or limit the copyright holder's rights or ability to distribute the original. In particular, copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the programme.
5. It is a low resolution image.
6. The image is only a small portion of the commercial product.
7. It does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell, produce, or advertise the show in any way.
