[edit] Summary
2/9/08 I have to agree because I just had it after snowblowing and my legs looked just like this except also red and very itchy. Had it happen once before.
4/4/07 I disagree because when i break out my whole body looks like this, with a red tint though.
03/07/07 This is urticaria, goosebumps are a lot smaller and don't swell up.
10/12/07 I get those and usually my outbreaks can be the size of a baseball. I just had an outbreak today. I usually get mine in the summer weather and every other year. I'm allergic to heat, cold, and my skin breaks out easily just by it rubbing. I was diagnosed with cold urticaria when I was 8. Ran through the sprinkler and broke out immediatly. My mom had thought it was the sun screen, but when she took me to the doctor they put an ice cube on my leg. Immediatly... no more than 2 seconds after it touching my leg swelled up and my fingers got red and puffy. My lips would actually swell. PERIACTIN lowered my allergy so much and helped make my summers decently normal. Now, I seem to break out anytime.
