The Town of Columbine Valley is a Statutory Town located in western Arapahoe County, Colorado, United States. The population was 1,134 at the 2000 census.

(39.599665, -105.03736)According to the United States Census Bureau, the town has a total area of 1.0 square miles (2.6 km²), all of it land.

As of the census[6] of 2000, there were 1,132 people, 429 households, and 369 families residing in the town. The population density was 1,105.3 people per square mile (428.5/km²). There were 436 housing units at an average density of 425.7/sq mi (165.0/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 96.73% White, 0.35% African American, 0.09% Native American, 1.59% Asian, 0.18% Pacific Islander, and 1.06% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 1.50% of the population.
There were 429 households out of which 31.5% had children under the age of 18 living with them, 82.5% were married couples living together, 2.6% had a female householder with no husband present, and 13.8% were non-families. 12.4% of all households were made up of individuals and 6.8% had someone living alone who was 65 years of age or older. The average household size was 2.64 and the average family size was 2.87.
In the town the population was spread out with 23.4% under the age of 18, 3.2% from 18 to 24, 16.3% from 25 to 44, 37.1% from 45 to 64, and 20.0% who were 65 years of age or older. The median age was 48 years. For every 100 females there were 96.5 males. For every 100 females age 18 and over, there were 99.3 males.
The median income for a household in the town was $118,196, and the median income for a family was $130,095. Males had a median income of $0 versus $41,477 for females. The per capita income for the town was $71,758. None of the families and 1.5% of the population were living below the poverty line, including no under eighteens and 3.5% of those over 64.
