Colostethus cevallosi is a species of frog in the Dendrobatidae family. It is found in Ecuador and possibly Peru. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, subtropical or tropical moist montanes, and rivers. It is threatened by habitat loss.
