Colostethus baeobatrachus is a species of frog in the Dendrobatidae family. It is found in Brazil, French Guiana, Suriname, and possibly Guyana. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests, freshwater marshes, and intermittent freshwater marches.
