Colorful Tabs is a Mozilla Firefox browser extension that replaces the standard silver-toned tabs with tabs of multiple colors. It is the second browser add-on created by Shivanand Sharma, who first authored the CuteMenus2 extension. Colorful Tabs is fairly popular – it has had 1,104,769 downloads since its first Mozilla Firefox Addons appearance on October 10th, 2005. It appeared on a June 2007 edition of BBC News' 'Click', along with Tab effect.
