Colm Connolly

Colm F. Connolly is a United States Attorney for the district of Delaware. He is best known for his prosecutions of Thomas J. Capano for capital murder and Sherry Freebery and Thomas P. Gordon for fraud and racketeering. On February 26, 2008, Connolly was nominated by George W. Bush for the United States District Court for the District of Delaware seat vacated by Kent A. Jordan in 2006.[1]
