Colm Carroll is a footballer for Cork City in the Republic of Ireland's FAI Premier Division. Colm was called up to the senior squad for 2007 but unfortunately damaged a cruciate ligament in the build up to the season, ruling him out for the best part of the season but made his Cork City debut at Turner's Cross on the 9th of November at the 1-0 defeat to Bohemians on the final day of the seaon..He has played at Irish underage level and scored a goal against scotland under 16.. good ol player. He is undoubtably the finest talent to have come out of Limerick but injurys dogged him for years. He was top Scorer with 9 goals in the Kennedy Cup 2001 when he single handedly brought the cup to Limerick for the first time.
