The College of the Holy Spirit Manila, or simply CHSM, is a Catholic women's college in Manila, Philippines. It is one of the oldest women's colleges in the country.

The college was established as a primary school named Holy Ghost School' in 1913. Later, it was renamed College of the Holy Spirit. In 1965, the school was renamed College of the Holy Spirit.[1]

The college belongs to a national network of schools established and run by the Missionary Congregation of the Servants of the Holy Spirit (S.Sp.S.-Philippines). The organization was established by Saint Arnold Janssen, Blessed Maria Helena Stollenwerk, and Mother Josepha Stenmanns.[1]

The college has received Level III Accreditation, the second highest possible level, from the Philippine Accrediting Association of Schools, Colleges, and Universities (PAASCU). It is granted a full autonomy status by the Commission on Higher Education of the Philippines. It received the National Consumers Quality Award as the Top Exlusive Catholic School for Girls in 2003.[1]
