College fields trading estate

The proposed 'College Fields trading estate' is part of the College Fields estate that will be built in Banbury, in a few year's time. It was approved in 2006. It will involve 10 business units with a total area of 2,200 m² of employment floorspace.

The proposal was met with large local opposition but was eventually approved by the council. As of date, only Ika furniture and Kitekat cat food have shown interest in buying floor space.
