College Hoops 2K7 is an American college basketball video game initially released on November 21, 2006 for the Xbox and Xbox 360 and released later for the PlayStation 2 and Playstation 3. It is the 5th installment of the series, which began with NCAA College Basketball 2K3. It features former Duke and current Orlando Magic guard J.J. Redick on the cover. It is produced by 2K Sports.

Every school competing in Division I NCAA College Basketball is included in 2K7, including D-1 transitional independents (such as New Jersey Institute of Technology). The game also features the ability to change and modify rosters.

- In Legacy Mode if the player views the messages there will be some spam on the list of unread messages advertising useless products.
- On the Selection Sunday Board the top or bottom half of the teams on the Bubble will get in to the NCAA Tournament.
- Coaches Bob Knight, Mike Krzyzewski, Jim Boeheim, and Rick Pitino are not actual as coaches in the game but coaches Roy Williams, Lute Olson, Billy Donovan, John Calipari, Jay Wright, and Sidney Lowe and others are actual college coaches in the game.
- J.J. Redick's shot style motion capture is an option for created players.
- The Play Now selection screen shows a sports magazine cover with J.J. Redick and the title MAGIC!! and Redick was drafted by the Orlando Magic of the NBA.
- There is a preview show with hosts Greg Gumbel and Clark Kellogg.
- The player has an option to give fake names to players on all of the teams at the start of the game.
- If you play as the Connecticut Huskies, they are called Cincinnati in the Xbox 360 version of the game.
- If you sim a 1-16 game in the NCAA Tournament, most of the time the 16 will come out the winner.
