Colleen Mary Brady is a fictional character on the American soap opera Days of our Lives. Her story, seen in flashbacks through the reading of letters written between Santo DiMera and herself, is that of a romance with a man who was married when she met him. Colleen's great-niece, Sami Brady looks identical to Colleen and she is being portrayed by Alison Sweeney as young Colleen.

A novitiate, living in Galway, Ireland, Colleen had a relationship with Santo DiMera, an Italian businessman she met when he was brought to her church after he was injured. The two fell in love and had a forbidden affair after Santo's wife allegedly passed away. Their story is told through the love letters they shared.

Colleen presumably died in a horrible manner at a young age, falling or jumping from a cliff in Galway. Shawn claims that she was killed by a DiMera, while Santo's son, Stefano, claims that Shawn Brady murdered her. In reality both could be blamed. Stefano told Shawn that his mother was not dead and his father was still married and on the day of Colleen and Santo's wedding, Shawn told Colleen. Her presumed death is said to have sparked the Brady/DiMera feud that has been going on since Santo's death in the 1980s. No body was ever found, only her nun's habit.

In January 2008, Colleen kidnapped Claire Brady leading Bo, Hope, Shawn D, Belle, Philip Kiriakis, Chloe Lane, Marlena Evans, and John Black to Ireland where they discovered an elderly Colleen, (portrayed by Shirley Jones) in a small inn in the town of New Ross. She had faked her death and left Ireland. Now, on her death bed, she tells of the story of why she faked her death.

Colleen was heartbroken that Santo had lied about being married. She couldn't kill herself, that would be a mortal sin, but she needed Santo to think she was dead so he would go back to his wife and son. After she ran away, she discovered she was pregnant. She gave the child, John Black up for adoption and lived her life hiding from Santo and Stefano spending time in South America. When she found out she was dying and that Stefano was still tormenting her family, she kidnapped Claire to keep her safe. On her death bed she confesses that John is her son and that she had only one love, Santo. After her death, Santo welcomes Colleen into the afterlife.
