Colin Tarrant

Colin Tarrant (born 1952 Shirebrook, Derbyshire) is an English actor best known for playing Inspector Andrew Monroe in ITV's The Bill. In June 2005, he played Brian Clough in the Nottingham Playhouse's production of The Spirit of the Man.
