Colin McFarlane (born 15 September 1961) is an English actor and voice artist. He has appeared in several TV series, including The Fast Show, Judge John Deed, Jonathan Creek and Randall & Hopkirk (Deceased). He is also known for portraying Commissioner Loeb in Batman Begins. Recently he appeared appeared in episodes of the BBC Three comedy series Two Pints of Lager and a Packet of Crisps.
