Colin Mackenzie Low, Baron Low of Dalston, CBE (born 23 August 1942) is a British politician and member of the House of Lords.
In 2006, he was made a life peer as Baron Low of Dalston, of Dalston in the London Borough of Hackney.
Colin Low was born blind and is Chairman of the RNIB.
