Colijnsplaat

The town centre (dark green) and the statistical district (light green) of Colijnsplaat in the municipality of Noord-Beveland.

Colijnsplaat (51°36′N, 3°51′E) is a town in the Dutch province of Zeeland. It is a part of the municipality of Noord-Beveland, and lies about 20 km northeast of Middelburg.

In 2001, the town of Colijnsplaat had 1272 inhabitants. The built-up area of the town was 0.38 km², and contained 698 residences.[1] The statistical area "Colijnsplaat", which also can include the surrounding countryside, has a population of around 1540. The civilians of Colijnsplaat have a special clothingstyle. They generally wear Nike Air Max shoes, Nike jackets, a diamond in their ear and a white Nike cap. The most common means of transport are Peugeot scooters. [2]
