Club Atlético Colón is a football team from Santa Fe, Argentina.

The club was founded in 1905 and played in the local league of Santa Fe, winning it on 14 occasions. The club gained its affiliation with the Argentine Football Association in 1947. The team played several seasons in the lower divisions until they won the second division championship in 1965. This success led to their promotion to the Primera División Argentina. They have featured in the top division of Argentine football on several occasions and have had a continuous presence in the top flight since the 1995-1996 season.

The club has finished in the top three of the Primera División Argentina on two occasions, a second place in Apertura 1997 and a third place in Clausura 2000.

The club has qualified for international tournaments, playing in the Copa Conmebol in 1997 and in Copa Sudamericana in 2003. In 1998 Colón played in South America's most prestigious club tournament; Copa Libertadores, they progressed to the quarter finals where they were eliminated by River Plate.

In 2005 Club Atlético Colón celebrated their centenary by instituting the Copa Santa Fe, an annual mid season summer tournament.

In spite of its few successes the club has numerous supporters and Estadio Brigadier General Estanislao López is the tenth biggest football stadium in Argentina.

The club plays the Santa Fe local derby against Unión de Santa Fe, but the game has not occurred for many years due to the fact that the teams are currently in different divisions.
