Grand Master Rod Bohorquez was born in Periera, Colombia S.A. in 1960. He and his family entered the USA in 1963 and settled in Queens N.Y. In 1975 he began his martial arts training under the guidance of the late Grand Master Pong Ki Kim. Grand Master Rod is founder and president of Shim Myung Do with schools in the US, Costa Rica and Mexico. He currently resides in Miami, Fl. www.rodsmartialarts.com
