I got this at [[1]] and the editor, easily contactable on the site, says the copyright on the page which he uses it on is not for the subject matter here. He agrees it is fair use and seems happy that a link for his site might be put on Wikipedia, so I suppose he will be equally as happy to confirm it's fair use status if you contact him, at Archontology.org.
