This image, Coffey collected.jpg, is being linked here; though the picture is subject to copyright I (Risker (talk)) feel it is covered by the U.S. fair use laws because:

  1. it is a low resolution copy of a book cover;
  2. it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the book in any way; this version of the book is out of print
  3. copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the cover artwork on another book;
