Doesn't the White Power band, Code 13 predate this band by 5 or 6 years? If I'm not mistaken, there's also a blues band from Chicago that used this name and recorded a few LP's in the late 60's and early 70's.

Yes, there is a Code 13 listed by Turn It Down as being a hate group. The blues group turns up no google hits, indicating a lack of notability or likelihood of confusion. --128.119.16.184 03:24, 16 November 2007 (UTC)

I'm going to reorganize the article so it looks a little cleaner, just by moving the quote from Felix Havoc beneath the table of contents and listing is as Formation/History. Also curious if we can get a citation for the quote, because as it stands this is technically plagiarism, unless it's from a first-hand interview, unpublished elsewhere, in which case it does not fit wikipedia standards.
