Codex Guelferbytanus B (Gregory-Aland no. Q or 026) is a Greek uncial manuscript of the Gospels, dated paleographically to the 5th century. The codex contains text of the Gospels in fragmentary condition on 13 leaves (26.5 cm by 21.5 cm). Written in two columns per page, 28 lines per column. It is palimpsest. Upper text is in a Latin (Isidore of Seville's Origins and letters), as in the Codex Guelferbytanus A. It has the Ammonian Sections. The codex is located in Wolfenbüttel Herzog August Bibliothek (Weissenburg 64).
The Greek text of this codex is a representative of the Byzantine text-type, with a number of an alien readings (usually Alexandrian). Aland placed it in Category V.
