Code Blue was a television documentary series which aired on TLC and currently airs on the Discovery Health Channel.
[edit] Premise
The series documented life at major trauma centers around the country, profiling the physicians, nurses, and the patients they encounter. The series was bred out of another Discovery series, Trauma: Life in the ER. The series is named after the code blue that is used in hospitals to indicate a patient in respiratory or cardiac distress.
