The company started out in 1993 as a software developer by introducing on the market iMX -a new concept of “events based management of cases”. It established the first office in Sophia Antipolis, the largest technology park in Europe with 6 staff members.

In 1996, to answer to a quickly growing activity, CODIX established a subsidiary in Sofia, Bulgaria, dedicated wholly for product research and development.

Later, with the expansion of the company, subsidiaries have been established in Tunisia, Poland and recently Viet-Nam to provide sales and local support for project implementations.

CODIX Group has now 200+ business experts, developers and programmers and all shareholders are managers working in the Company.

CODIX clients are now located world wide.
