Cochin College is an arts and science college located at Kochi, India. The college was started by the Jesuit missionaries from Europe, who arrived in the city to impart theological and literary training to the locals.^{[citation needed]} But over the years, the only B+ rated college of West Kochi area has produced many greats and has excelled in all dapartments including intercollegiate fests etc, other than bagging many ranks from the M.G.University, Kottayam.
