thrust vector 'up'??? Never heard of this term. Is that similar to Vectoring In Forward Flight (VIFF). There were no records that VIFF maneuver was actually used in the Falklands. Instead the contrary was noted - that this maneuver was not used. This is reasonable given that the Argentine Daggers would not have sufficent fuel to dog fight anyway.
