  • Talk:Cobo HallCobo HallCobo Center – Detroit's "Cobo" complex includes both a convention center (home of Detroit's Auto Show) and a sports arena (former home of the Detroit Pistons and numerous historic musical concerts.) Informal usage of the term "Cobo Hall" can apply to both the location of well-known concerts, and of the adjacent convention center. The informal term "Cobo Hall" should become a Wikipedia:disambiguation page branching to both "Cobo Center" and "Cobo Arena." Is it ok to do this? --hadley 02:21, 12 Apr 2005 (UTC)
    • Disagree. Better known as "Cobo Hall", and the article is very short currently. Better to merge Cobo Arena and redirect that and Cobo Center to here. -- Netoholic @ 16:27, 2005 Apr 12 (UTC)

It was requested that this article be renamed but there was no consensus for it to be moved. No consensus. violet/riga (t) 18:24, 17 Apr 2005 (UTC)

In my experience, "Cobo Hall" has always referred to the convention center. If someone is talking about the arena, they'll say "Cobo Arena." I can't think of one exception to this pattern. Funnyhat 05:26, 14 Jun 2005 (UTC)
